Back to the Life Happens Laugh Anyway Podcast show notes…

Did you keep a diary when you were young? We both did. On today’s episode we dive into the topic of journaling (keeping a diary). We share some fun facts from actual scientists who discovered many health benefits of journaling. Yes, your liver will thank you. Who knew?

We will also share some fun entries from our mother’s diaries from the early 60s as well as Cathrine’s diary from her junior high days.

You just might be inspired to start journaling yourself.
